Muaythai Gets Warm Welcome at City Hall in Krakow

All EMF and IFMA European Federation Presidents and representatives and the IFMA representative received a warm welcome at the beautiful and historical city hall in Krakow. The representative of the city of Krakow thanked all the European Muaythai Federations for coming to the historical city and for giving Krakow the honour of hosting the 2014 European Championships.

EMF General Secretary and Polish Muaythai President, Rafal Szlachta thanked the city of Krakow for all the hospitality and help they received on making this championship possible. IFMA General Secretary, Stephan Fox on behalf of IFMA, the sole world recognized amateur muaythai federation and on behalf of the World Muaythai Council, under Royal Patronage, expressed his appreciation to Krakow, a truly historical city and a perfect venue for a martial art and combat sport which is bound to ancient tradition and values.

Every representative of the EMF received a plaque of appreciation from the city of Krakow, and IFMA also honoured the city for their help in promoting and fostering the art and sport of Muaythai. A special banquet was prepared for everyone to enjoy the hospitality and friendship.
