IFMA World Championships Sets New Records

The 2017 IFMA World Championships will go down in the history books as the first World Championships in which muaythai under IFMA is an IOC recognised sport.

You could feel the Olympic spirit from the Opening Ceremony to the final bell with a full house every day, a special athletes seating area in the venue where they could get close to cheer on their team mates and integrated warm up areas where all nations would train side by side in the true spirit of the muaythai family.

The athletes always have and always will be the heart and soul of IFMA, and the 2017 IFMA World Championships will be remembered as an event where the athletes took centre stage from beginning to end. Thank you Minsk, Thank your Belarus!
