Team New Zealand to Cover 17,000 km to compete in Antalya

Team New Zealand will beat first record upon arrival to Turkey as it will be a team covering the longest distance to compete at the Youth World Championships 2019. An impressive 17,000 km separate Wellington and Istanbul.
The team of 22 people are setting up to travel to Antalya and make sure that they come to show the best of Kiwi Muaythai. The audience is already looking forward to seeing the famous Haka dance which has become a tradition for each IFMA event and its cultural part. This time the number of the participants from New Zealand can definitely outperform the local crowd making the noise to support their athletes.

Last year New Zealand achieved an impressive result with two gold medals won by young girls Ravyn Simpson in 10-11 years division and Jada-Shay Pomana in 12-13 years division. Both of them are on the list for Antalya and they will definitely want to continue they golden career in Muaythai.

IFMA wishes team New Zealand a great travel and for their athletes show the best version of themselves in Turkey.
