The opening ceremony of the greatest event of this autumn took place yesterday in the beautiful St. Petersburg, Russia. The event was held in the Ice Palace, which welcomed thousands of spectators. There are only 3 days to go until the biggest Muaythai reality show kicks off. The whole Muaythai world is waiting in anticipation to find out who will be the final Contender, and receive the biggest prize money ever paid in the history of Muaythai.
The Contenders have been jointly chosen by the Contender team and the world governing body for Muaythai, the World Muaythai Council (WMC), based on skill, spirit and character. The WMC is also in charge of all technical aspects of the event, and WMC referees from around the world will travel to Singapore to be part of the show.
